Historic Sitting of Court of Appeal in Western Jamaica

On Monday December 9, 2013, Division One of the Court of Appeal opened a historic one week sitting of the Court in the western section of the island at the Resident Magistrate’s Court Building in Lucea, Hanover. This special sitting is historic, as the adjudications of that Court have never been held outside of the corporate area since its inception in 1962.
